Art Lead
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with design to ensure the art supports the game experience
  • Balance visual satisfaction and gameplay clarity to ensure amazing worlds and characters.
  • Partner with production to develop high level execution plans
  • Create benchmark 2D/3D assets
  • Set a clear vision, provide consistent feedback, and build trust with your team
  • Push art quality where players see it and know when to pull back on quality where they won'
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years professional experience in art roles
  • Showcase ability to create high quality 2D/3D character asset
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to create a wide range of game assets
  • Shipped a new IP
  • Worked on the project from inception through completion
  • Unity experience
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players. We will be looking at your past studies, experience, and your personal relationship with games
    UX/UI Designer
    Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with product managers, game designers, artists, and engineers on high-scope design challenges and feature sets
    • Create interface wireframes and user flows, ensuring iterative feedback is incorporated throughout the development process
    • Work with other discipline leads on establishing design standards and patterns
    Required Qualifications:
    • Experienced with a great portfolio: you've racked up 1+ years in the field of UX/UI, preferably on a range of large-scale, consumer-facing products
    • Constantly leveling up: although you've mastered the design tools in your kit (e.g. interaction design, journey mapping, information architecture, prototyping),
    • Design independent: you're comfortable with some degree of ambiguity, and you confidently hit your stride in even the fastest of fast-paced development environments; your brainstorms make other brainstorms look like headsprinkles or nogginfoggies, and you find fresh solutions where others fall victim to ideological dry spells
    • A passionate gamer: you take play seriously, enjoying a lot of different types of games, but at the top are online games; you also empathize with players through data and your understanding of gaming culture; having extensive knowledge and experience in League of Legends is a big plus
